Delete your Tally account

You can delete your account and all its data at any time.

In the app (fastest)

Open Tally and sign in.
Go to Settings.
Tap Delete account, then confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately.

Without the app

Email support@tallyprices.com from the email address on your account, with the subject Delete my account. We'll delete it within 7 days and reply to confirm.

What gets deleted

Your account (name, email, password) and any linked Google or Facebook sign-in
Your receipts and their items
Prices you recorded
Your pantry, shopping list and watch list
Suggestions you sent from the app

Nothing is kept afterwards. Store prices collected from shop websites aren't linked to you and stay in Tally.
